As FirstBank continues to be a pioneer in providing innovative financial solutions in Nigeria, the launch of this humanoid robot marks a significant milestone in the country’s financial services sector.
The robot engages customers through conversations and features a touch screen on its chest for a more interactive experience.
Customers can rely on the robot to handle various services, including answering inquiries about cash deposits, withdrawals, and ATM cards.
Additionally, the humanoid robot assists with complaint management, allowing customers to log complaints via QR codes and receive feedback within the designated time frame.
Moreover, the robot keeps customers well-informed about the bank’s latest updates, including product launches and upgrades, all aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
